Please email ads to CBH/SAA Editor, cbheditor@johnflorian.com. When the ad is finished, “save
as” a generic format such as eps, tif, pdf, jpg, rtf, doc, but send the original file as well. If you use other than common fonts, fonts may be replaced so the ad can print. If you send a pdf file, embed fonts. Please add CBH to the subject line of ALL emails. If you cannot email, send hard copies directly to the CBH/SAA Editor, John Florian, 8261 Rhodora Court, Orangevale, CA 95662. Send payment to CBH/SAA Treasurer, Terry Mikesell, PO Box 491990, Redding, CA 96049-1990. Payments must be received prior to printing (Check or Credit Card).

Flyers for tournaments should be inserted at least one month prior to the event. Example: Shoot date July 12 – flyer in newsletter office by April 15 for June issue.

MEMBERSHIP:

If you want to join NFAA, CBH/SAA and the Region, or renew your membership with a credit card, you can contact NFAA Headquarters, give them your name, address, and credit card number and join or renew by phone at 1-800-811-2331.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:

If you are an Associate Member, the cards come directly from my office. I process the applications and renewals at least once a week. If you have not received a card, and have a cancelled check, please call me. I will double check the records and get them up to date. If you move or change your address, you need to contact my office directly. A forwarding order at the Post Office does NOT get your newsletter forwarded to you. If you are a Full Member (NFAA, CBH/SAA and Region), renewal cards come from the NFAA Headquarters. This is the handicap card. It can be used as proof that you are a member of CBH/SAA. Once a month NFAA sends me a listing of the new and renewing members from the previous month. This arrives between the 15th and 20th of the month. When I receive the list, I send the CBH/SAA cards to you. If you are new and joined by credit card, this sometimes takes several weeks. An example: You join NFAA/CBH/SAA in September. Your name is sent to me in October, and I update my records. The issue you will receive is the December CBH/SAA NEWS (if all goes according to plan).

The calendar is shown on the Calendar Page of the website. Be sure to check for updates, and corrections on a regular basis. Any changes or additions need to be sent to: secretary@cbhsaa.net

It is better to get the information in prior to the deadline. Newsletter articles, officer reports, advertising, etc will be accepted by electronic submission.

For 6 month or 12 month advertising specials (same ad) contact the editor. Send formatted advertising/flyer via e-mail to editor@cbhsaa.net . If you want a ½ page ad, please have it formatted to ½ page, etc.
